Call for Core Members!

Ociciwan Contemporary Art Collective is looking for dedicated individuals to join our Core Membership (Board of Directors). We are currently recruiting three new members into the Collective that supports Ociciwan Contemporary Art Centre (a not for profit society).

We are seeking applications from Indigenous individuals located in amiskwaciwaskahian (Edmonton, Alberta) who value an intersectional, innovative, and advocacy-based approach to art and curatorial practices. We are seeking members who have the capacity to be meaningfully engaged in helping guide Ociciwan toward its strategic goals. We’re looking engaged, community-minded individuals. You don’t need specialized knowledge or previous board experience - just an interested in our mission and the ability to actively participate in meetings, events, and organizational initiatives.
